Your printed information does not fit well on the form.

PrintCMR allows you to adjust the position of the printed information by a few millimetres to ensure that it fits exactly between the lines.

Once you have set the margins correctly, you no longer have to make allowances for print positioning when entering the information. What you see on the screen is what you get on paper.

To make these adjustments, go to the document in question and open one of the forms.
You will see a button called "Standard settings", as shown opposite.
Next, you can set the top and left hand margins - the dimensions are in pixels.
The adjustment range is from 1 to 25 pixels, which should be adequate in practice.

You can also adjust the margins during the print procedure.
You will see a button called "Shift print".

Please note the following:
PrintCMR has been tested using HP printers (Hewlett Packard).
Many printer brands emulate HP as an example of how printers should work, however some brands use different margins at the top and on both sides.
