PrintCMR version 18.1v4 has been released on 14-2-2022

Innovations relate to:

- Trade document / Commercial document adjusted based on changes 5-12-2021
A minor change to the Trade Document has been made with effect from December 5, 2021.
It concerns only minor changes that are purely textual on the document, not on the data to be entered.
Box I.23.: The text has been changed from "Seal number / Container number to "Seal number if a seal has been imposed by a joint authority and BIC identification number of the container".
Page 2, part I, Category: Addition of "intended for animal feed".

- Multi-User question disabled
The FM Pro users receive a control question about Multi-User usage at every start.
A superfluous question regarding PrintCMR and is disabled from this version.

- FM Pro version: Sending PDF by email a lot easier
The Filemaker Pro version of PrintCMR is able to create PDF documents directly from the program.
The makers of PrintCMR have thus paved the way to forward this directly to an E-Mail program, such as Outlook or Thunderbird.
The mailto:: protocol is used.
Unfortunately, webmail via the web browser is not supported.

To compose the email, take the following steps:
- Open the document
- Check the model document to get the correct layout in the PDF
- Click on the Print button to print
- The settings screen now contains two extra fields, set "Send print to email address" to "On"
- At the bottom of the window appears the statement of e-mail address, title and body of the e-mail message
- In the further course of the procedure, the email is automatically generated and displayed on the screen. The PDF is already attached.

The email message can be edited before it is sent. Data of the loading or unloading address can be copied from PrintCMR.
The message is automatically created from the user's own mailbox and thus also ends up in the "Sent" box.

Note: This function is only available in the FM Pro version.
