Innovations relate to:
- CMR International
By default, the NL color layout is applied when used for the first time. This NL layout often turns out to be the layout sought, even abroad.
- Trade document / Commercial document
Field L13 has been expanded from 2 to 4 lines.
A delivery note can be drawn up at the bottom of the second page, which is suitable for your own transport. This makes a Commercial Document a domestic bill of lading document. This option can be set via "Model document" in the print order.
- Import button when entering lines
It has been a wish for some time to be able to import these from Excel, for example, when specifying items / lines in a freight document.
This feature has been added where the order of the columns must be the same as the order shown in the screen.
This function is available for CMR, courier, AVC, Cover Letter, MMDG, IMO Dangerous Goods and the Waybill.
- Copy from Articles
There appeared to be an error in copying where the use of capital letters was set, which has been corrected.
If desired, when using free fields, the main screen for copying the fixed columns can be disabled. This especially saves unnecessary actions when copying.
When using a long list of articles, a selection could previously be made per form type, which filtered the list. This function has been discontinued, everything is always shown when opening the articles.
